1. Summary

An aromatic cocktail of Tequila.

Though it is thought that salt should be necessary when Taquila is drunk, we don't usually have salt because of the dormitory life with the meal.
So, I decided to make the cocktail of Latin-style, and I selected the Sherry for the vice-ingredient. (this time, Tio Pepe)

Maraschino was used for adding sweetness.

Though ingredient to be put together becomes a problem about Tequila (I think that fresh cream doesn't seem to be suitable for the cactus from the viewpoint of mood...), Sherry seems to be suitable for Tequila.

I do nothing this time, though there is a cocktail that has the same name.

2. Recipe

1oz. Tequila
2/3oz. Sherry
2teaspoonful Maraschino

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
