Caribbean Cream

1. Summary

A concept is tropical ice cream style drink.
This is sweet digestif, too. I tried to use Disaronno as the hidden taste.
I think that it can drunk deliciously if the almond flavor of Disaronno is made effective well. As for the quantity, you had better put probably a little more smaller than 1tsp.
I thought spairmint to be well suitable.

2. Recipe

1oz. White Rum
1teaspoonful Di Saronno Amaretto
1teaspoonful Grenadine
1oz. Fresh Cream

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
