1. Summary

An aromatic cocktail which has the smell of Cassis.
I named it Cepage because all ingredients are made from grapes.
It is delicious cocktail apart from logic in which individualities of ingredients entwine with each other.
This cocktail clearly matches western dishes.
I used "Lejay-Cassis" this time.

2. Recipe

1oz. Creme de Cassis
1/2oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2oz. Cognac
Use 8oz. tumbler and fill up with soda.
