Liquid Bonbon

1. Summary

A fresh Chocolate-flavored cocktail.
It is the point to keep a good balance among the Chocolate, Peppermint, and the bitterness of Bourbon.
I assume that it will be best drunk during and after eating.
I used Jim Beam Rye this time.

2. Recipe

1oz. Bourbon
2/3oz. Creme de Cacao
1/3oz. Peppermint White

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
