This is mapping window of 20x20x20 cube. A map was scaled to fit, and Position and Rotation values are all 0. Copy this (master) cube's material (not the texture itself). |

Paste copied material to 10x10x10 cube with Material Editor open (the figure is bottom left cube in front). Notice Position and Rotation values. They are all 0, but the texture is offset as if it were pasted to the 20x20x20 master cube's local space(?) or the World space (?). |

This is the result of pasting the same material to the same cube with Material Editor closed. Position and Rotation values are same, but different result. The texture is positioned in model's center. You would have the same result with Master Material. |
